Located in the Newcastle municipality, the city will feature a medical university, hospital, rehabilitation center, lifestyle precinct, wellness centers, agricultural hubs, hospitality options, a stadium, running tracks, and essential infrastructure such as roads, water, sewage, and solar energy systems. This project aims to promote wellness and attract medical and health tourism.
